Apple Mid 2019 MacBook Air with 1.6GHz Intel Core i5, 13.3-inch, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Space Gray (Renewed)

We've only had it for less than a week so far, but so far we're very happy with it. It arrived as close to new condition as could be hoped for. It was completely discharged which had me a little worried, but I charged it and it's working beautifully. (I still need to do some analysis on the battery life, but if I don't add any updates, that means it's doing fine.) For me, it was a requirement to have 512GB SSD (or better) and 16GB RAM so that we wouldn't be going backward - I needed to make sure everything that was on my wife's old Mac would fit on the new one. This combination is kind of hard to find on the reconditioned market, but this one fits the bill at a reasonable cost... and although it is 4.5 years old, that's usually not any kind of an issue for a Mac... 99% compatibility and plenty of speed.

I love my Macbook! Only complaint is since it’s a little older, it slows down but nothing too insane

MacBook Air arrived very fast and in excellent condition. Customer service was also exceptional with the seller reaching out to me to make sure everything arrived in perfect condition. Definitely recommend buying from this seller! 5-stars!

The Mac is in good condition for the price, just a scratch in the back side and the "J" key doesn't work. Slow when using Photoshop.

Very good quality, arrived on time un damaged and clean

I ordered this in November for my granddaughter and then again in May for myself. So far, both are operating perfectly and the customer support has been fantastic.

We are so disappointed with this computer. First, when it arrived, the screen was glued on and still had wet black ooze coming out of the sides of the screen. We used alcohol numerous times to remove it, and that seemed to resolve it. Next, we've had a problem with it shutting down unexpectedly even though there is about 20% battery life. It also processes a bit too slow to run modern websites, but I figured for the price, I would just be a bit more patient. Today, I can't get it to even come back on. And we are just a few weeks past our return window, so I am guessing we are stuck with a paperweight.

Good power, good battery life. Computer worked just like new. Purchased for my college kid.

La computadora enciende sola, de repente se traba. O sea salió defectuosa, esto me empezó a apetecer hace una semana . No veo la opción de regresarla, me puede ayudar Amazon?
