A terrible waste, really, when some packing material might easily eliminate breakage in shipping. **Q: One of my lids was damaged upon arrival, Is it possible to get a replacement lid or do I need to do a return for all the boxes and lids?** A: return them all and reorder...it's pot luck. **Q: One is broken. Can I get it replaced please?** A: Yes when they shipped mine to me i had three lids broken. I was very upset that they did not take more care. Just use the return procedure to request replacement of the exact same item. DO NOT RETURN yet until you receive the next box and inspect all the items. The next delivery may have some broken items.
