This product has no warranty and the seller is not available for amy help got this product and it stopped working after 25 days and the seller is not replacing or doing any thing waste of money

Bluetooth settings r terrible...8 had used more than a dozen mobiles still the damn thing did not work ...a total bloody waste of hard earned money ...most of the review r annova pro ...but it's just not worth the money as annova does not even reply to your questions n after sale service is pathetic in India

So, we bought this one in 2019; and then a Greater Goods brand one a year later. We've used both of them maybe a few dozens times since? The Greater Goods brand was trash and broke down within 2 years, and arguably less usage than this one. However, the Anova still works great! We mostly use it for steaks. I don't really care about the Bluetooth feature, so I don't have much of an opinion on that aspect in general. I would recommend getting a sous vide container and a universal silicon lid to help with heat control. The temp has always been pretty accurate. And for the price, you really can't beat it! Bravo to Aveno. Shame on you Greater Goods, especially when you factor in that theirs is over a 100 bucks.

El producto es muy preciso en cuanto a temperaturas y tiempos de cocción, la carne queda en el punto deseado según la guía de la marca y no tiene ninguna dificultad para cocer en cantidad

Very happy with our decision to give this sous vide a try. Very convenient, I love that I can cook chicken from frozen. We have done chicken a few times, steak and I have duck breast that I’m looking forward to cooking with it. Steaks came out perfectly. The app is easy to use and control the cooker with.
