Il sapore è buono e soprattutto non troppo zuccherino. Ottima digeribilità. L'unico difetto è l'apertura, poiché usandolo per il nuoto di fondo in acque libere, si fa fatica ad aprirlo con i denti: devo fare preventivamente un mini taglio sui gel che porterò.
