How do i find the usb channel? i plug it in and it doesn’t recognise anything on screen and there is no media player app to find media on the usb stik

Thank you for your question and interest in our product.

After connecting a USB storage device to your TV Media Browser menu will be displayed on the screen. 
You can access the content of the connected USB device any time later from the Sources menu. Select the related USB input option from this menu and press OK. 
You can also press the Source button on the remote and then select your USB storage device from the list of sources. Then select the file of your choice and press OK to display or play it back.

If nothing is displayed when you connect the device to the USB input, please test with the other USB input on the television and if the persists, please feel free to contact our Customer Support for further assistance.

The TX-43HX580 is not compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant. Furthermore, it does not have Voice Guidance or Voice Personal Assistance.
