Can you check the temperature of your oven? I’m looking for something to check the accuracy of my ovens temperature hoping this would help

Most accurate way is to use an electrical meter with a temp function and high temp thermocouple. I measured my oven at 285˚, 325˚, 375˚, and 425˚ heating up and cooling down by recording the temps at which you could hear the oven turn on or off and establish/reestablish the temp. It worked at +/- 5˚ except at the very low end which I considered reasonable.
