Great screen clarity and the touch is sensitive but not overly. Speakers and volume are good - could easily double as TV for a small space. This model has the larger SSD which make it really quiet and very responsive, especially coupled with the 16GB RAM. I am using the wired keyboard that came with it though I may invest in a wireless ergo keyboard later. I did purchase a wireless mouse which works great. Other than a USB hub, it has everything I needed. Very satisfied!

I love this computer! It's almost as light as just a monitor alone, but has enough power to help manage a lot of data crunching. The only improvement HP could make is to not cheap out on the keyboard and mouse. They supply this little white set of corded pieces which clutter up everything, but the fix to cordless is relatively inexpensive.

Everything I expected and then some. Fast, screen quality is good and what I expected. It comes with Microsoft 365 - I did not want a subscription service for Microsoft and I couldn’t find the program key from my last license so I bought a new license. It was nice to get updated Microsoft applications. For my purposes, the all-in-one with the large screen is perfect.

I was very excited to make this purchase and at the same time nervous. I don't spend $1000 on computers (ever) and was replacing an old Toshiba Laptop that has Windows 7. I had heard some feedback about Window 11 being quite a bit different than the previous versions, so I was hoping to avoid that. When I unboxed the computer and turned it on, I realized that it was actually window 11 and looked completely foreign to me, and is quite slow. (which could be my brand new hughes net internet being bad) Needless to say, now I have to totally re-learn how to operate this Windows 11, or go through the trouble of returning the computer to get what I was told I was getting. I was also unaware that it had no DVD/CD driver (something I overlooked when researching) so that is my fault, but just beware if it's something that you require, it's not on this. Otherwise it's beautiful, big and seems like it would be a great computer. I'll report again after using the Windows 11 for a bit.

I'm loving my new computer. It's so easy to set up and it's so fast. Very quiet, hardly know it's on, bright clear screen, etc. This is a game changer for working from home. The keyboard and mouse that came with it are also pretty good, I was surprised.

I signed up to take a few online classes and I knew my 2015 laptop would not be able to carry all the new technology of the past few years. My son picked this computer for me and I love. I still forget I have touch screen and use the mouse. I do not have any complaints at this time about this computer. It looks goods. The sound is great! My zoom class went very well. I recommend this product. My son works with computers he handles all the high tech stuff.

I have had this computer for about 2 months, and I love the size of the screen. I also love that it is touchscreen, although it has been a bit finicky at times. What I don't love about the computer is the irritating whir of the fan. It is louder than my other all in one computer. The sound is a bit distracting and I need other background music or noise on in order to ignore it. The camera is good, but the angle is not always great for what I need, and the image is a bit fuzzy. Overall, a good computer for the price I paid.

I love the big Screen I am over 50 now , lol and I love the touch screen video and camera quality is excellent. I have been using for Zoom calls since the Pandemic Excellent purchase would buy again
