Is pork an ingredient on all of them?

Has pork. In light print under wild game name. It will say WILD BOAR and pork in small print. In the description it will say has pork in it. I cant find an ingredient list at all but the front of the sausage package of each flavor if u enlarge it clearly says and pork on each flavor.

There will be some pork added to the mixture. The majority of the meat will be wild game.

I honestly don't know the shelf life, but no. They do not need to be cooked. Summer sausage is already cooked and intended to be eaten cold. You'll probably eat it long before the shelf life, especially if you refrigerate.
