They don't seem like they'll snap easily and don't roll up, but I haven't used them enough to tell if they'll wear or stretch out quickly. I can't leave too bad a review because the product is as described, but the bands are just not strong enough for my preference. The orange and red are light and medium resistance, respectively, and are basically worthless to me. You can stretch them with barely any strength. The blue (heavy resistance) is just ok, but still not strong enough for my type of leg work, which is what I intended to use the bands for. So I basically spent $10 on one just-decent band. These may be good for an elderly person or someone who needs light resistance all around, but not so much for people who want stronger resistance, especially for leg exercises. ### ⭐⭐⭐ These bands are great. I'm a big guy and the bands are sturdy and stand up to the stress I put them under.The only reason I'm rating them 3 stars is because the product did not come with the advertised exercise guide, which is one reason I bought it. Amazon shows the guide as a bound booklet, which led me to believe this is what I would receive. Instead, the "guide" I received is on the inside of the product insert and only contains a couple exercises (see the attached picture). I called Amazon and they refunded me. so, I placed my second order and it arrived on time. Not sure if it's an Amazon issue or vendor issue. I have used the red band so far and the color on the back of red band came off onto my sneaker when I do my foot and ankle exercise with it!! I tried to wash the back of the band with soap and water and hopefully the color won't come off as much. The vendor called me and confirm if I have received my order and follow up with the product and my review.
