Seamles & easy integration with Octopi
Just what I was hoping! Decent little camera to monitor overall progress on my Ender 3 V2, using octopi. Ease of installation: Worked seamlessly with octopi; plugged it in, restarted the server, and voilá! Camera quality: Initially I thought 5MP fixed focus would be like going back in time to early 2000's webcams, but no, the 1080p @ 30fps is great for overall monitoring, just not suitable as a close up hotend camera.

Alright Setup, Damaged Module, Great customer service
Installing this camera was quite simple, and took maybe 5 minutes max. However, when I opened the anti-static bag it came in, the lens looked as if it had a chip in it, and the plastic lens holder was scratched as well. The instructions referenced a lens protector sticker, but I did not see one in the bag or on the lens. The image quality is alright, however it is a bit fuzzy from the scratch. When I tried to claim warranty with the squarespace warranty, they said it was my fault and wouldn't cover it. If you're on a budget then this is a good camera, but if you have the money I would recommend the official Raspberry Pi camera v2 Edit: Soon after reporting the issue, Arducam reached out and offered to replace my camera. They responded quick, and I just got the replacement yesterday. The image quality is much better, and it is now mounted on my 3D printer for timelapses and remote monitoring! Attached is my most recent timelapse :D My only issue still is there doesn't seem to be a way to focus the lens for closer objects (like the printer fan in my timelapse)

Correct fit!
I am happy with how this worked out. The cable or module fits correctly, routes easily, and makes a clean connection for Raspberry Pi camera projects. Ribbon cables are delicate, so connector orientation and locking tabs need care. It has earned the five-star rating from me.

Great value and does the job, but I cannot adjust the focus range
I got this little camera and a 24 inch ribbon cable for my octopi. Works just fine for what I need and the picture quality is great. The only problem is that I cannot adjust the focus range. It has the castle nut style housing on the lens but I cannot seem to get it to budge with a tool or even a screwdriver. It's a little frustrating that my printer is hazy and the background is in perfect focus. Not sure if this is an issue with my model or if it's not an intended feature, but having a functional focal range would make this an easy 5-star and great value.

Good but reliability is a concern
The ribbon constantly gets disconnected in use and I have to clip it back in manually so reliability is not the best

Works well, a worthy alternative to the official PiCam
I bought this to save money; $13 versus whatever the PiCam was at the time seemed like a good deal to me, as I only intended to use it to monitor my 3D printer and make sure nothing catastrophic was happening while I was away. It has exceeded my expectations. Setup was easy, and the quality of the camera's picture is as good as the PiCams I've seen in this range. Like all these cameras, their ability to focus is not great, and once that focal length is set it does not change automatically, but it can get the job done assuming the subject isn't moving towards or away from the camera often. I attached a picture taken from the camera via a web-based remote monitoring service; this is of my printer bed, with the lights in the room off. For reference, the only light source is a 2ft strip of 300k LEDs positioned about 12" from the bed surface.

Came with the ribbon cable it said it didn’t include
The listing says that it does not come with a ribbon cable compatible with a rpi 0/0 2, yet mine included one, (the unpackaged one came with it, 16cm length btw). I was gonna rate it 4 stars for making me buy an extra, but I can’t be mad for including extras, even when not stated.

Preis-/Leistung super!
Tut was es soll. Und für den Preis absolut okay. Hatte schon schlechtere Kameras für mehr Geld. Meine 3D-Drucke kann ich damit hervorragend beobachten. Gleich mal 3 auf Lager gelegt.

Works with Raspberry Pi 2 Model B
This camera module works well with the second generation Raspberry Pi (2B). The quality is decent, even in a low light environment.

Works good, cable too short
Ribbon cable is seriously to short for any practical projects, but the camera works great once I bought a longer ribbon cable.

Not the greatest image quality but works for what I need
Just as other reviewers have done, I'm using this primarily with OctoPrint. It does the job, I can monitor what is happening, but the image quality is really poor. It's dark and fuzzy and any source of light will cause the image contrast to go off. As per the attached pictures, you can see it mounted to the right of the hotend, but yet the image is super dark. If you want to create beautiful timelapse videos or even see the detail of your print remotely, I'd suggest looking for something different. The cable is also a tad too short and I had to get an extended cable to mount this where I needed it.
