I wish they had been a little smaller but still a big success. We got these along with some fake gold coins and diamonds for a scavenger hunt for my 10 year olds birthday. I filled an old wooden box with a latch and buried it about a foot down. The kids had no idea and just thought it was a scavenger hunt with many clues and tasks to do leading to the next clue and task. It ended with the treasure hunt on the island in our pond. They found the X and dug and dug and you could hear the change in there voices and excitement levels when they hit the box and then again when they saw the latch. When they opened the lid and it was filled with these, all the little hands went in grabbing all they could. Diamonds, jewels, and coins were spilling all over as if a starving person hit the buffet. Hopefully a memory that will last forever.

Good little gems. I thought hard about buying glass ones instead of plastic. These were just so much cheaper and they look pretty good. My only complaint about them is that they have a little kind of lump where the edge of the mold ways. I'm a little tempted to take a dremmel to them or somthing but I don't want the heat to affect them aversely. Anyway, they are pretty good, not amazing. I actually use them for a little DIY abstract strategy game that I built.

These were the perfect table decor for my parents 40th (Ruby) anniversary party. Everyone loved them ❤️

Sturdy and has great color!

I ordered these for our Halloween “Snow White” theme for the house decorations, and this was perfect! I bought some battery LED fairy lights to go behind/under the gems to make them “sparkle.” My nieces (age 9 & 6) loved the gems. Huge hit for creative projects, decorations and just fun.

The size and colors are fine, I received a good assortment of colors for the assorted pack. My problem is some were chipped, or had air bubbles, or a little flashing on them. Most were fine, but the quality is so so. They'll do for pretend play, and the price wasn't bad. You get what you pay for.

I bought these for a 40th (Ruby) wedding anniversary. They're exactly what I hoped for. Large, pretty "jewels" to scatter around the cake. Great for photos (and for guests who want to play toss, apparently). If you have kids at the party, you can let each take a jewel home- if they're past the age where they put things in their mouths.

Dimensions are exactly as described. Received 36 gems. I agree with other reviewers, the finishes are not perfect, some edges are not smooth at all. I gave it 4 stars because i am not fully satisfied with the color assortment (only 1 orange and two blues). Overall, I am happy to have found big gems for my daughter's pirate treasure chest. Item arrived earlier than expected, and nicely packaged.

The gemstones arrived a few days late. Got 36 like it should. The gemstone size was exactly as announced. The quality however was pretty ordinary, with about a bit over a third of the gemstones still having little hard plastic outcroppings where the acrylic gets pushed into the mold, and thus needing some sanding. One gemstone even has a *fingerprint* fully covering one of it's sides. That is unacceptable, especially at such a high price point! At a dollar store last year I bought a set of 27 blue gemstones exactly the same model as these, but of perfect quality (no need of any sanding!) for a mere 2$+Tax. So, at 34,50$CAD, I fully expected top quality with zero defects here. The fingerprint just proves that they were cheaply, hastily made, manipulated too soon, while still hot and soft, thus with relatively poor quality control. But what irritated me the most, by far, is that I chose those gemstones ***specifically*** for the colors. According to their photo, their pack of multi-color gems should come in 6 colors. They even have 6 more photos showing the 6 available colors specifically. Sure, without guarantee to have exactly 6 of each, sure, sure. But with 36 gems and with 6 colors, the odds are very, very high to get an average 6 of each color. Again, only if super-cheap quality control is involved can you risk getting only 1 or 2, or even NONE, of any given color. However, I didn't get *ANY* yellow, and I got 8 "cyan" + 3 "pink" + 2 "light magenta" + 1 "deep magenta". 11 out of the 36 gemstones where colors that were not even announced or displayed! And two of those colors the pink and light magenta are so close together in hue that I wonder why they actually made two different colors here. They should have put a warning that there is a total of N or whatever colors, and that "some gems will not be of the colors displayed" or something. I am very, very disappointed. :-( Send me the correct bag as it was announced!
