Works brilliantly for a headless PC!
I wanted to game stream from my PC to my Steam Deck as the computer room can get toasty when playing demanding games. However, a lot of games have reduced performance when a monitor isn't connected, meaning you need to waste power and possibly risk burning in your display by leaving your monitor on. Thanks to this dongle, I have a spoofed 1080p/60 display (which can go up to 4K), meaning I can turn off my monitor while I game stream. It also works the same way for remote desktop applications. Setup is as easy as plugging it in, I tried some software solutions in the past but none were as simple or effective as using a physical dongle. If you have any reason at all to want a virtual display, I highly recommend this product!

Does exactly what it needs to
Does exactly what it was purchased for, makes the machine believe it has a display when it doesn't, allowing for remote usage - we use it for gaming through moonlight - no issues at all.

Perfect ghost display
This ghost display is great as its simple to use its a plug and olay solution. This is being used to simulate a display so i can vnc into a unattended pc that is on 24/7 where i am running a libe stream. Great value for money and great savings.

Works perfectly, good for my server what bearly used on the tv so I still can connect with remote desktop, for me the full HD enough to see if its need just to remote access good through to gaming no 4k just 17hz, works with my Debian server plug and play.

Works as intended. Bought this to emulate a display so I could remote in via VNC to my server PC.

Supports 1920x1200 only at 30Hz
I purchased this for use with remote streaming of games over the internet from my home PC to my bargain basement laptop when away from home. It does work, but I was surprized to fine it doesn't support 60Hz (aka 60fps) at any resolution under stock 1920x1080. Many laptop displays are slightly odd dimensions. Mine is 1920x1200 (fairly common) which this dongle only supports at 30Hz. As others have pointed out, the listing should make what speeds are available at what resolutions.

Per il lavoro che deve svolgere il prezzo è quello giusto e funziona perfettamente senza intoppi. Io lo uso per giocare in streaming senza dover accendere il monitor. Con CRU utility ho anche potuto aggiungere 120hz per sfruttare i 120fps in streaming.

Achetée pour simuler la présence d'un deuxième écran, pour l'utilisation d'une application de type "Deskreen" ; Fonctionne parfaitement, reconnue sans problème sur Windows 10 (pas testée sur d'autres OS). Encombrement réduit, avec un bouchon plastique ; parfait.

Si tienes problemas con el Teamviewer cuando la maquina remota no tenga monitor o simplemente este apagado, este "Dummy" es una buena solucion. Enchufarlo, configurar en windows el monitor virtual y listo.

Einfach dranstecken und schon klappt es. Habe mir den Dongle für meinen miniPC geholt und er funktioniert super. PC wird ohne Monitore betrieben
