I tried 2 batteries. Is there trick to it?** A: Thank you for contacting us about the difficulty you are having. We offer our sincerest apologies. The cause may be a loose battery cover. Could you please try the following steps, and let us know if it works? (1) Turn the battery cover counterclockwise and remove it. (2) Insert one new AAA battery, negative terminal first. (3) Replace the battery cover, and twist it clockwise. (4) Make sure that the indicator line (on the battery cover) and the dot (above the indicator line) are perfectly aligned. This tells you that the cover is correctly positioned. If the battery cover isn't in place and fully closed, it may cause the device to malfunction. You can download the instructions here. There are some illustrations, which may help you: https://www.dropbox.com/s/d3zb6nhwt9ap0nb/DM-011%20Battery%20Cover%20Instructions.pdf?dl=0 If you follow these steps carefully but it does not solve the problem, please tell us. We will send a replacement ASAP. Please contact us with your mailing address via Amazon. Or, if you have further questions, do contact us again! MYIONPA Customer Support **Q: Is it noisy or loud? In this guys video it sounds lke a horrible high pitched sound!** A: I am very happy with this product, no paste needed, sound is not an issue for me, in my opinion, the noise it makes is due to the sonic part of cleaning, I have had pure sonic toothbrushes in the past, the sound is typical for this feature, great for when at the job and home, very portable! definitely a big win at a great price. go for it and the best to you! **Q: What does DM mean?** A: Thank you for reaching out with your question. In our product names, the abbreviation DM has specific meanings: The 'D' stands for "Dendo," which means "electric" in Japanese, and the 'M' comes from "Mobile." We hope this clarifies your question. If you have any more queries, please do not hesitate to ask. **Q: Do you move the brush just like a regular tooth brush ?** A: Brushing with an electric brush is similar to brushing with a manual brush. However, unlike with a manual toothbrush, you do not need to press hard or scrape back and forth to get the most out of the IONPA toothbrush. The gentle sonic vibrations of the IONPA toothbrush will take care of that for you. A Smart Timer is offered on all IONPA variants. It reminds the user of the recommended two-minute optimal brushing time in four quadrants by pausing every 30 seconds, three times in every two-minute session. Brush for 2 minutes, spending 30 seconds on each section (top right, top left, bottom left, and bottom right). --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.dk/products/207627540-ionic-kiss-ionpa-dm-pink-compact-ionic-power-electric-toothbrush](https://www.desertcart.dk/products/207627540-ionic-kiss-ionpa-dm-pink-compact-ionic-power-electric-toothbrush) --- *Product available on Desertcart Denmark* *Store origin: DK* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
