But there are some issues. First, there were no directions, not just in one package, but every package (5). Top mounting inside the window frame requires some very specific info (which there was none). There are two ways to mount these, top clip and for outside mounting on the window, a larger bracket. All you are provided with are two very tiny screws, so outside mounting cannot be done without getting new screws, but they do not work anyway, so do not bother. Bottom line, if you are putting then inside a window frame, they look nice. Anything else, they do not work. It also raises the question as to why there is very little negative info.
