Does it have Spoke Wrench Set

It has a spoke wrench. I don't think it has a "set" of them.

Is this an actual crank brothers item? details show warranty is 12 months (should be lifetime) and manufacturer is not crank brothers.

Yes this is a crank brothers multi tool. I searched around before I bought this one and it is well worth the money. I can pretty much take my whole bike apart with this tool.

For a chain repair, do i also need a chain pliers in my bag or i can just use this to temporarily fix my chain?

This tool is all you need. I carry an extra quick link though.

I was unable to break a kmc 11-speed chain with the m19, any tips for people with stiff chains to generate more leverage?

We regret to hear about your trouble with the M19 chain tool on an 11 speed chain. There might be a few different reasons the chain tool is not working. It’s possible your tool is an older version that was only compatible with up to a 10 speed chain. If the tool is current gen, then the following link will show proper usage of the chain tool: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dosdo5l6sz26hbp/M17%20%26%20M19%20JAN21A.pdf?dl=0 Adding grease to the pin threads give quite a bit more leverage.

Great looking tool!!!!

I used to have a different brand of bike multi-tool, but it disappeared. While looking through amazon I found this one and it seemed to have most of the tools I would need for my new e-bike and was priced well, so I ordered it. It sits in a pouch ready for use but I have not had the need yet. It appears durable and well made, tools are tight so they don't flop but not so tight you can't get to what you need. If this one disappears I would order it again!!!!
