I have the 10mm socket broke and had the head of the socket fly off, I only have half of the part in hand now. Am I qualify for warranty?

Well, "had the head of the socket fly off" ... this does not happen when used with hand tools. If it "fly off", obviously power tools were used. That is misuse and no warranty.

Is the sockets magnetic?

No, not magnetic. A good set though

Do these come in a box or a tray.

They come in a foam cutout just like you see in the pic, each slot is numbered to corresponding socket, 1/4", 5/16", etc. They fit really nice in the foam, I have both the standard and metric set. You cant go wrong with it.
