This cleaner works really well on pet accidents and everyday messes. It lifted the stain and completely got rid of the odor instead of just covering it up. I also like that it’s antibacterial, so it feels extra clean after using it. It’s easy to apply, doesn’t leave a sticky residue, and has a fresh, not overpowering scent. Definitely a must-have if you have pets and carpets.

This product is effective at treating animal odors. We have a multi animal household and it helps with the occasional accident and the frequent carpet cleaning to maintain a good smelling home. It does dry quickly, the carpet is soft afterwards. You do not have to use a lot of the product for it to work. This gives it good value for the money. We order it frequently and will continue to (until we replace carpet) :)

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Best cleaner I have found. It does super well on stains and if there is any smells. It does wonderful!!! This is now the only cleaner I use in my machine!!!

Works great to get stains and odors out of carpet, have not used on upholstery so not sure on that but will continue to use. Recommend, easy to use

Best carpet shampoo I've ever used, I've used a lot over the past 20 years of shampooing and this product can remove oders that others cant.

Works great on animal puke and other uses

Like others have mentioned this does have a funny smell to it; kind of like a industrial peroxide smell. The plus side is once the rug is dry the smell is gone. How good it is?? I love it. We just got a new puppy, and you know how that goes. We were cleaning up any accidents right way my old Bissell Liftoff but there was still a slight odor left behind which would encourage her to go in the same spot again. We also had an issue with a slight musty smell coming from our rugs, leftover from the previous owners, which i tried getting rid of using different products including adding ammonia to the solution. I mixed this with the Bissell Pet odor/stain solution and problem solved; she hasn't had an issue since, and the musty odor is finally gone. I would highly recommend this to anyone, unless you are sensitive to any chemical smells.
