We have no control over your incubating. Please note this before buying. Rhode island reds are good brown egg laying chickens. The will lay between 240-300 eggs a year The photos are of our actual flock and peeps we hatched. Spring 2020 We will package securely and ship promptly but due to sensitive, fragile nature of hatching eggs (rough handling, harsh temperatures, humidity, X-ray etc.) while en route. I am not able to guarantee a hatch rate. Always allow eggs to sit for 24 hours ( large end up) at room temperature. This helps to settle the eggs. Please leave feedback on how eggs were packed. Unfortunately two days after being in the brooder I lost one. Now the 6 chickies are 10 days old and doing great so far! Beautiful all around as well and so fun to watch! Very Well Packed
The eggs were packed very well and none were broken upon arrival. We are satisfied with the delivery of the product as stated and are looking forward to seeing how the hatch rate is. Update: 3/24/21 Just wanted to do a quick update. We put the eggs under a broody hen and had 8 hatch out! It was a rewarding experience and you will not go wrong if you decide to use this supplier. We ended up with 4 hens and 4 roosters. The hens have already started laying eggs this spring.

Mayhem Proof Packaging
I was worried about packaging after realizing these eggs were being shipped across country. PA to OR. Package arrived perfectly intact. Each egg paper wrapped, then bubble wrapped. Then, isolated from each other in shredded paper. I think these eggs would survive a toss out of a truck at 55 and still be good to go!!! I set them on counter for 12 hours before setting in incubator. We will see in 7-10 days how many develop. Thanks Again.

Could have been a shipping issue
Ordered 12 eggs and was nicely sent 15eggs. After 22 days none hatched. 13 eggs were infertile and two had chicks but never hatched. 4 yr old daughter very disappointed!!

better to have shipped to your door.
Sent according to description. Think the post office kept them too cold. None of them hatched.

Fingers crossed for my first time with mail order chicks.
The eggs arrived promptly when estimated. I received 4 extra eggs, thankfully. 2 arrived cracked which is of course no fault of the supplier. I hope to post an update when it's hatching time.

I’m very pleased.
I received 14 eggs! They all arrived in great shape. They were packaged great! I let the eggs settle for a little over 24 hours. I felt my setting hen could only cover 11 eggs. She hatched out 9 chicks out of 11 eggs and I couldn’t be more pleased. I would definitely recommend this seller. Thank you very much!
