Well, the reason for the four stars is due to the cheap way the back is done. They use silicone strips that are not that effective as you can smoosh them into the frame and then they fail to hold the cardboard backing. The cardboard backing is just that, cardboard. No coloring, no velvet applied to it, no nothing...the kind I recycle, just plain brown cardboard. For the money, I expected a nicer backing and sturdier clips.

Cheap poorly constructed junk don’t waste your money. The picture frames are crooked the corners do not have right angles some are wider and some are smaller. Also on the portrait frames there’s not enough frame on the bottom to keep your photo from just falling out. I picked it up out of the box to look at it and the cardboard just fell out so how am I supposed to hang it on the wall without having to jerry rig it so the photos don’t just fall out. The gold also reminds me of the gold that was popular in the 80s and 90s this is not a modern gold it looks more like brass.

I love my frames. They look beautiful. The customer service at Umbra is awesome too. I couldn’t find my hardware and customer service replaced them for me in time for me to hang them for Mothers day. Im very happy with my purchase.

I love love love this. Matched my decor perfectly and well made. A lil tedious to get this pix in between the glass but nothing to hard to do. Easily installed as well.
