how long does it last in the fridge?

I’d say at least 4-5 months or longer, there is no expiration dates on the gallon jug but once I see separation of the oil I do throw it out. I check for clear liquid on top as a sign it’s starting to break down

How long can it sit on shelf before it is opened, planning on moving out of state in September , and don't plan to use until then thanks

I would imagine its fine for some time if sitting on the shelf unopened. 6 months maybe more.

Check the 'Best before date'

Check the best before date, ordered on the 27th Feb arrived on 28th Feb. Best before date 13th Feb. If you're willing to pay this much for a small bottle of sauce it should have a good shelf life.
