Geekria Mesh Fabric Headband Pad
Very nice/comfortable replacement headband for my HD6xx. Fits perfectly.

MacGuyver'd them onto my Sennheiser HD280 Pros. Great Success!
I used this product for my Sennheiser HD280 Pros. I They were not specifically designed for this set of headphones, but I used some velco tape to attached a strip to the headphones where the pads go, then added the other side of the velcro tape to the underside of the pads themselves, then velcro'd the pad to the headphones. I had to do a little measuring and trimming but mission accomplished and it looks like it was always meant to be. Comfortable pads that do what they are designed to do. This is not a complicated product.

Great replacement
It was a little stiff the first few times I used it, so it caused some discomfort, but it just needed some time to loosen up. Good value too.

Fits great and is comfortable.
I recently picked up the Geekria Mesh Fabric Headband Pad for my Sennheiser HD650 headphones, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer in terms of comfort. While I'm no audiophile, I do appreciate good sound quality, and the HD650s deliver on that front. However, their headband wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world, which led me to explore replacement options. Installing the Geekria Mesh Fabric Headband Pad was a breeze. No need for an engineering degree or special tools – just a little patience and some careful maneuvering, and it was on. It fit snugly and securely, making me confident it wouldn't slip or slide around during extended listening sessions. The first thing I noticed when I put on my HD650s with the new headband pad was the improved comfort. The mesh fabric feels soft against my head, and it's breathable, so I don't end up with a sweaty scalp after wearing them for hours. It distributes the weight of the headphones more evenly, which has significantly reduced any discomfort I used to experience on the top of my head. I'm no expert in headband materials, but the Geekria Mesh Fabric Headband Pad seems durable enough. I've been using it for a few months now, and there's no sign of wear or tear. It looks and feels like it's built to last, which is reassuring considering how often I use my HD650s. One of the things I appreciate most about this replacement headband pad is that it's black, just like the original. It doesn't look out of place on my headphones, which is a minor detail but one that I think adds to the overall aesthetics. In terms of performance, I can't say that I've noticed a dramatic improvement in sound quality – after all, this is primarily a comfort upgrade. However, the increased comfort has allowed me to enjoy my HD650s for longer periods without any discomfort or distraction, which indirectly enhances my listening experience.

(Was) Impossible to install on HD660S2 (before I found the correct method)
Impossible to install on the HD660S2. Bought these because the original head padding hurt the top of my head. And now I can't get the original padding back on to my headphones. I'm going to have to buy wraparound padding. Edit: Didn't realize you could separate the headband from the earcups. Much easier to install this way. Changing review from 1 star to 5 stars. I will update this review again after I see how comfortable this headband is.

a bit uncomfortable
Easy install and fits perfectly with my Sennheiser 6XX, but the comfort level is not great. The foam is too firm and is very different from the original. After wearing a while it can get painful. Unfortunately I will probably have to buy something else.

Great comfort and price 10/10
Don’t usually write Reviews but felt inclined this time cause of how great this thing feels and the obvious relief from my old worn out one. For the price it’s actually great if you’re old one is in need of replacement. 10/10 product would recommend. Also the strip of the headband sits on a pre cut rail in the headband of your sennheiser if you put a good light you’ll see what I’m talking about and that’s where the headband strip slides in and out for replacement. Took me a minute if that.

Pass>> Order Genuine Sennheiser
I've been using my first high-fidelity HD600 headphones for years, which have always been exceptionally comfortable and lightweight. However, over the past year, I noticed that the headband's padding has significantly degraded. When looking for replacements, I had three main options: a budget Amazon knockoff from Geekria priced between $10-$15, an official Sennheiser replacement for the HD650+ style compatible with all HD5xx and 6xx models priced at $25, and a $15 option from Dekoni available on their website. I first tried the Geekria knockoffs, which were terribly uncomfortable—almost like styrofoam, causing migraine-level discomfort. This discomfort was especially noticeable since I haven’t adjusted the headband since my initial fitting back in 2006. I couldn’t get the Dekoni headband since it was on backorder, but I have previously used their leather earcups and found them to be of good quality. Ultimately, I ordered the official Sennheiser replacements from Amazon, which featured true memory foam and greatly restored the original comfort of my headphones, although it's a slightly different design from the original HD600s. My conclusion: it’s worth spending an extra $10 for the genuine Sennheiser replacement to ensure comfort. The Geekria version felt substandard, possibly due to poor quality control or just a difference in materials that some users might not recognize if their original headbands had been worn down for years.

Works fine. Fits fine. Maybe a little more solid than the originals but that is actually an improvement because the originals were too soft and deteriorate in no time.

My old cushions was completely flat since a few years back. These ones fit just perfect on my 10+ yo hd600. I did notice that my headband had 2 slots. One for the earpads themselves, which is where I tried to slide the cushion in first = did not work. But once I saw the slot for the cushions, they slid in perfect. I don't really remember how the original felt like, but these are one million times better than the flat used ones that I had, which hurt my head. These feel comfortable enough.
