Great product and they stood behind their guarantee
I bought this universal socket a while back and recently had an issue with it during use that ended up breaking it. I contacted the company using the warranty information that came with the product, and once we connected, their customer service was excellent. They reviewed my photos and order information, confirmed the correct product, and sent me a replacement at no charge. The replacement arrived as promised, and I really appreciate that they honored the worry-free guarantee and stood behind their product. Good customer service makes a big difference, and they handled the situation very well. 5 stars for excellent warranty support and follow-through. Also, I used ChatGPT to write this review because I'm tired, but I mean every word of it. Cheers!

Fathers day gift
his Universal Socket Tool is such a cool and practical gift! I got it as a stocking stuffer, and it turned out to be one of those “why didn’t I have this sooner?” tools. It really does feel like a one-size-fits-all gadget it grips all kinds of bolts, screws, and shapes with no problem. It’s perfect for dads, DIY lovers, or honestly anyone who likes handy tools around the house. The build feels sturdy, and it works great with a power drill. I love how useful it is and how much time it saves. Definitely a great gift idea for men!

False Advertisement
Would say it's a great tool but the imagery of this item made it seem like a handle came with the item. Had to go run and buy something to put it on to be able to use it.
