I love this movie! I show it to my classes every year before we do persuasive writing because it shows so many ways to peacefully persuade: picketing, letter writing, television interviews, and boycotting - in this case, boycotting baths. Martin Luther King and his work are also mentioned, and then the kids in the movie adapt what they've learned to helping out in a real-life situation.I bought this movie because the copy I've used for year's was a VCR copy, and I needed a DVD.I think this movie shows kids how to stand up for what they believe in and do the right thing!

I had this video in VHS and my students loved it. As years passed and VCRs became relics, I thought I'd never be able to show this powerful, kid-friendly video to students. I thought I'd do a quick search and was thrilled to find it in DVD. It was in perfect condition and quickly shipped. A heartwarming story about loyalty, recognizing what is right and wrong, and standing up for what you believe in. My older kids loved watching this movie on VHS tape about 12 years ago when it was not available on DVD. My youngest recently watched it for the first time on tape and enjoyed it so much that I bought it on DVD before the movie was over.

This is a fantastic movie for my 4th graders. I show it every year, & they love it. I had to order this second copy due to the other copy being scratched & worn.

Turned up early and watched it great quality.
