Easy to operate with good instructions, the "Comfier" uses air pressure to squeeze your hand and fingers and release them frequently during the cycle. It has various setting of heat and pressure that you can set at the start or during the cycle. I have nerve damage in both hands with only slight arthritis but the tingling and pins and needles is 24/7 and my hands are freezing. I wear compression gloves most of the day and all night which helps a little. I bought my Comfier last week and use it periodically day and night and it does help, i am hoping that it will ease my symptoms more as i continue to use it. After 2/3 years of pain it is worth trying out. My only issue that i have very small thumbs and i can only fit my tips into the thumb space, maybe they can modify this in future models or maybe make one in the form of a Mitt. I was worried that the pressure on my hand and fingers might be too severe but in my case it is not, but to be honest it does feel a bit strange at first. I feel that this an honest review of this product and personally i wish i had bought it years ago.

The hand massager is very easy to use, your hand is simply slotted inside within finger and thumb holes. It is switched on by compressing a button on the top for a couple of seconds. There are 3 pressure settings and a heat option. The ensuing hand massage is superb. I prefer the highest setting which gives a really firm pressure. The massage undulates and moves from finger to palm with varying degrees of pressure. I have osteoarthritis which means my fingers and hands often stiffen at the joints however the first time I used the massager I felt immediate relief and increased flexibility in my hands and fingers. The massage lasts 15 minutes and as the machine is cordless you can use it wherever is comfiest to do so. The heating aspect will be invaluable in the winter when joints stiffen even more. I don't find it's operation too noisy at all and it is small enough to be portable. Charging is via a USB lead. Overall I am really pleased with the product, I read reviews and this hand massager appeared to have good feedback in comparison with cheaper versions. I personally feel it was worth paying the extra for this one as it has completely lived up to my expectations.

It's a good product. I do martial arts and it has helped to speed up the healing of my hand injuries. Only downside is that I wish it was long enough to also cover my wrists but oh well, maybe it's just because I have particularly large hands. It's easy to use, comfortable, and lightweight too.

Great product - I’m so relieved I didn’t opt for a cheaper model - this had the best reviews and you really do get what you pay for. It’s well constructed, easy to use and effective for pain relief, improving my circulation/numb fingers and is a very relaxing and enjoyable massage. As with anything there are some improvements that I would like to see in future models: an indicator of battery charge as you can’t tell how much remains until it stops and if you’re anything like me you’ll want to use it all the time, I love the feeling of pressure on my lower hand and wish that it reached a little further down the wrist and the only other little thing is that whilst you can charge straight from a computer, power bank with the usb cable I’d appreciate them including a plug so I don’t have to keep changing the wires on my electronics or buy an extra plug. 5 Star product :-)

I really liked this when I first received it. I have osteoarthritis and felt like this helped me. Was so disappointed when the compression massage function no longer worked after 1 month. It was like the chambers could no longer fully inflate. Thankfully Amazon refunded me promptly. Now I am researching other brands as I found the concept beneficial. Just don’t know if the comfier brand is the best quality.

This is great for those who use their hands a lot, it applies a nice amount of pressure of heat to the plam and centre 3 fingers. I will say if your ailment is more around you thumb/pinkie area, its less affective but for me it's perfectly affective. Comfier have a larger version of this device that also vibrates, this was the one i wanted but its currently only available in the US. For now however this smaller/cheaper version has me satisfied and has provided some relief. For me, the pressure and heat were just about right on max settings.

I have stiffness and pains throughout my fingers in both hands. The other reviews convinced me that this product could possibly help. When I received the product I tried to charge it by plugging it in. The charge indicator light never turned on, so I could not tell whether it was charging or not. I left it on anyway and after a few hours returned to see if the machine worked. It turned on and I immediately set it off to do a massage. The machine started off by inflating and deflating, applying and releasing pressure. But after a minute or so the machine seemed to have what I would assume was a glitch. It kept pumping up the air sacks around my hand, applying more and more pressure and I thought they would deflate, but then it kept pumping more and more to the point that my fingers in my hand started to hurt, I still thought this was normal though and left it on, but as it continued to pump air and the pain got progressively worse I realised that this was not how its supposed to be. My hand was stuck in the machine for about 5 minutes whilst i tried to pry it out. Even after getting my hand out of the machine and the machine being turned off I couldn't put my hand back in as the air sacks were still full. I promptly returned the machine the next day. My recommendation is do not bother with this device, its potentially quite dangerous.

I purchased this hand massager for my 92 year old grandmother who suffers from severe osteo-arthritis. She saw a similar product in a magazine that she get's through her letter box and called me for advice. I did my research and ordered her this one based upon average customer reviews. I haven't used the device as my gran lives a long way from me, however she has said it works great. She did get a little confused by the controls, but then she is 92. There are only 3 buttons on the device and once i explained them to her she had a better understanding. My nan said it has helped with her arm pain. She told me she wished it would stay on longer, complaining that it went flat after only 15 mins of use, however i advised her that this is most probably a safety cut out switch like most massagers have. I can only report on what my gran has said re the pain relief as i myself don't suffer from arthritis. Is this a miracle cure, i don't think so... however even if it gives her short relief from her pain it is money well spent...

El aparato tiene varias modalidades de masaje distintas y también temperaturas, fácil de usar y muy práctica y compacta. Ayuda mucho para problemas de articulaciones o después de trabajar, sobre todo para personas que utilizan mucho las manos (dentistas, oficinistas que usan mucho la computadora, etc.) Lo mejor es que se puede utilizar conectada o cargarla y usarla de forma inalámbrica, súper recomendado!

I was very hesitant to buy this because it received a 'C' rating on Fakespot. I looked at all the other hand massagers on Amazon but I wanted one that compressed each finger individually. All the other massagers on Amazon look like they are rebranded copies of the same model that don't wrap each finger but press up/down instead. I'm not positive on that because I've never used any of those. But I can speak on this Comfier massager. (For reference: my hand width is 3.5", length is 6.75" from beginning of wrist to tip of the middle finger, and width of fingers is 0.6") 1. Massage: As their photo suggests, this hand massager does wrap around each finger and the other four points and compresses with air; very much like a strong blood pressure cuff. It includes 3 settings of pressure, which defaults at a yellow light indicator or medium. A green light indicates a lighter compression and a red light indicates harder compression. The air pumps in a predetermined routine. Something like this: The palms compress along with the three middle fingers, then decompresses, and the thumb and pinkie compress, along with the palms, and decompresses. The routine makes it feel like it's rolling/kneading during the massage. BUT the best part of the routine is this! All of the bags compress and hold for a few seconds then release. The feeling is so pleasant when it releases. EDIT: I discovered that pressing the center button changes the routine pattern! So there are 3 massage options to choose from. I personally use the red/highest pressure setting, but medium feels good too. The lightest setting is too light for my liking however I can still feel the compression. For those with larger hands than my tiny man hands, the levels of compression will probably feel all that much better. 2. Heating: The heating element only heats the palm, however it does feel like the heat transfer up to the middle finger knuckles to me. This also has 3 settings for heat temp with the same color indicators as above. At the highest setting I measured this to be 98 degrees using an infrared thermometer. It feels hotter than that though so the thermometer could be wrong. 3. Noise: The pump is measured at 57 decibels at it's loudest. The sound that it makes is more of a vibration sound than a pump; if that makes any sense. 57 decibels is between a refrigerator and a conversation. If you plan on taking this to a loud office, it may go undetected, but people next to your cubicle may question what you are doing over there. 4. Battery: When I received my massager I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately it doesn't come precharged. This massager does that at least 3 hours to charge before you can use it. Once it charged I used it unplugged on the highest heat and highest pressure settings. The massager is set for a 15 minute massage. On a full charge I was able to get one full 15 minute massage and the second massage the battery ran out of juice half way through. I'm able to get two full massages without the heating element on. It makes sense as I'm sure the heating element uses a lot of the battery. I read a Q&A if this could be used will plugged in and Comfier responded with, "NOTE: This hand massager can't be turned on while charging." on 11/18/21. I'm letting you know that YOU CAN USE THIS WHILE IT'S PLUGGED IN AND GET FULL USE. It does have to be charged first before you can turn it on. I'm unsure as to why I can use it plugged in. It could be a number of things: Comfier responded to that question in November 2021, so it's possible they upgraded the device? Or maybe it's a safety hazard to use it plugged in? I don't know... but I use mine plugged in multiple times a day and yet to have any issues or concerns. 5. Quality: The build quality of this massager is excellent. The device looks sleek where it can be placed anywhere without looking like an eyesore. The massager feels very durable and well put together. The outer plastic shell is thick and the inner fabric is soft and silky. The fabric is also moisture wicking. If the exterior of this device is this good, I'd hope it be the same with the inner components for a long use cycle. TLDR; I highly recommend this hand massager for those looking for some pain relief in their finger joints. I can't speak on arthritis, carpal tunnel, etc since I don't suffer from those diagnoses. The Comfier massages around all fingers and the palms very well with air compression like a strong blood pressure cuff. The heating is on the palms and may reach up to the middle finger joint for some with smaller hands. The device isn't too loud, build quality is excellent, and it looks very sleek. The battery life is good without the heating element on. Lastly, it does come with those cute stickers you see in some pics if you were confused. My daughter stole them from me.
