A: The rotis retain quality if stored in freezer (separate the rotis with kitchen paper in pairs before freezing). Defrost 30 seconds in microwave then heat in pan with no oil to desired consistency (30 sec to 1 min each side approx).

**Q: What is the diameter of the Roti?**
A: About 8-10 inches, maybe. It’s just a tortilla. Not real roti.

So sad. So very sad. That's nothing - NOTHING -like roti. Glorified pita bread. Very expensive pita bread. I read the other comments & hoped they were wrong. They need to remove the roti name completely. So sad.
