Why so big!
I had no choice in buying this as I live in a flat and the carpark gate was changed and all residents had to buy this particular fob. It works, but why so ridiculously big? My previous fob which I had for 10 years was a fraction of the size If there were a smaller alternative I would never have bought this one.

We have purchase several of these and the fob does not work once the battery has been replaced

De los cuatro comprados,uno era defectuoso,solicitó la devolución y me piden que pague el envio (unos 60 euros)cuando el mando costaba unos 23’90 y y 30 euros por correo.Pueden dar orden para recogerlo en el destino donde lo entregaron?
