The best sleep aid I have ever taken, time release helps me sleep all night.

These are the best supplemental natural sleep aids I have ever found. I’ve been using these for a couple years and I like them so much I got a subscription.

Look, if you have a rambunctious child like us, this is like a donkey tranquilizer dart. We began using this instead of regular melatonin, which did little to keep our son from wandering the house in the middle of the night like a drunk gremlin. With the Sleep3 he gets relaxed and then takes himself to bed to go to sleep and stays there until we wake him up to get ready for school. If they had a blow dart with this stuff in it, I would be a buyer.

This is an update. I am reducing from 5 to 4 because this time it came in a bubble pack instead of a bottle. Hard to open and 4 times the garbage to throw away I stilll use this every night, and it does not quit working like some others. I felt it was too expensive, so I tried the straight melatonin to save money. Not worth it. Did not work nearly as well as the sleep 3. Went back to the sleep 3. Puts me to sleep every night.

I think it’s okay, recently saw some information about not taking too much melatonin. Not sure. I don’t feel groggy in the morning. Still recommend getting outside as much as possible to produce your own bodies production of melatonin

I really love this and take it pretty much every single night. It isn’t like taking a sedative so it doesn’t put me to sleep but it definitely helps me stay asleep and get more restful sleep. I’ve recommended this to several people and they all now swear by it. As I said, it doesn’t automatically knock you out, you have to lay down and try to rest but I can definitely tell when I don’t take it the next day. I’ve never felt like I was dragging or anything the next day. I’ve also taken it really late at night or even early early in the morning and slept for a shorter time before I had to get up. I didn’t feel sluggish or doped up the next morning. Would recommend to anyone who has sleeping issues even if for just more restful, restorative sleep.
