Initially the price of this headset (and others in this price range) was slightly off-putting. Just how much better could it be than a cheaper headset or indeed my trusty wired Sennheiser. The answer is... quite a bit. The headset has a nice solid feel to it, with excellent padding on the ears and the headband (something frequently overlooked). As I'm generally on calls or meetings for 4+ hours in a day this is actually quite relevant. Also relevant is the (optional) audible warning and reminders when you go on or off of mute - as well as the two ways of doing this. Customisable functions, through an app, is a nice touch - such as turning a 'busy' light on the side of the headset on or off. Battery life has been good, I generally charge it every two to three days and I rarely let it get to a low battery warning, meaning it could probably manage most of the week without attention if I were less talkative. I got the option configured for MS Teams and it has been quite useful to work with some of the utility button functions built in to that. Being able to wander off and make a coffee whilst in a meeting is an unexpected bonus and doesn't have any noticeable impact on the sound quality at about a 7-10m range. Would I buy one of these to see out the rest of lockdown if I didn't plan to use it beyond that? Probably not - there are plenty of high quality wired units for around half the price. However, I got this because I anticipated using it for several years to come and, so far, there is nothing to indicate that it won't be capable of meeting that expectation. Overall, it is a good investment if you expect to use a headset regularly and want something high enough quality to last well and be comfortable for extended use. There are probably better units out there but for most of us the differences would likely be splitting hairs. If you want a solid, competent effort then this is one worth considering.

As an organisation, we use MS Teams for all communication. This headset is certified for Teams, and true to that it seamlessly picks up the meeting. Sound and tone is rich and clear. Having had wired headsets and cheap wireless headsets you really pay for what you get. Note though that these are not noise cancelling. If there is a lot of noise in your vicinity you will hear it. But, if using for professional work then your setup is probably in an office or home office and low level background noise is not a problem. They are extremely comfortable, and appear well made and durable. The headset voice tells you your battery status and your mute/unmuted position. The headset connects either via the usb, as shown in photo, or by Wi-Fi. I tend to use the usb for work, but Wi-Fi on my personal iPad, I have not noticed a performance difference. Personally I would not use them for music or tv, they are best suited for work voice calls. I love them!

One of the better headsets for office use. Our whole team has them, and they’ve held up well overall. Sound quality is great, they’re comfortable, and the battery life is excellent. You can easily get through a couple of days without charging. The noise cancelling is decent, but not amazing if you’re in a loud environment. The only real gripe is the ear padding. The fake leather starts to flake and crack after a while, which is annoying for something in this price range. Still, solid headset. Just wish the ear pads lasted longer.

Easy to set up, debating buying this alot but don't regret it, battery lasts for a few days with continuous use, sound is clear and anc works well. Gives me the freedom to walk around and not be tried to my chair. Comfy to wear.

I work from home and have lots of meetings/calls. This is comfortable to wear for long periods and the battery life is great. I got the teams version and being able to join/end meetings with the headset is a nice touch. Connected with my phone too so I can listen to music between meetings. It’s a bit pricey but worth it. My old headset hurt my ears after long use. This one is so comfortable and has good sound quality too.

Was pleased with this out of the box, due to the excellent build quality. Sound quality was great, with 'side channel' foldback (I think that's the right technical term) where you can hear yourself in the earphones. Easy to use buttons, and connects to my work PC every time for meetings. Nice to not have cables trailing. One less distraction while meeting.

I bought this product to use as my business daily driver headset and I'm extremely happy with the results. Highlights: - Amazing battery life, +30 hours easily. - Great call quality and clarity, both ends. - Very good for music and productivity with respectable noise cancellation (not active, passive). - Headset Controls and design are a plus. - Comfortable to use for long periods. Lowlight: - Software still needs to improve, when using Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business at the same time, the Microsoft Teams controls do not work anymore, need to close Skype to work properly.

The Jabra Evolve 65 looks good and is easy to pair either using the wireless dongle or the laptop device's own Bluetooth. Also, sounds quality is good and the headset cups on ear are comfortable. But that's as good as it gets I'm afraid. Unfortunately the Bluetooth connection would fail and drop out after about 10 minutes. I would lose sounds, but colleagues could still hear me talking. I use a MS Surface Book with MS Teams and the Jabra Headset with an MS Teams version, so would expect this to work, but it failed. I also tried to use it with a different laptop (HP ProBook) but experienced the same problem, with the connection breaking and losing sound. Would not buy this again, which is very disappointing because it looks and feels good and is a good price. I really wanted it to work, but sadly not even Jabra support could help.

Love this headset. I am able to join calls without being attached to my laptop and the cushion is comfortable. Sound quality if great. My favorite us the auto mute and unmute when you lift the mic up and down.

i use these every day. i am in back to back meetings/calls and i can literally wear these all day. the sound quality is ace. the built quality is even better. i chuck them in my backpack (should really put them in the protective bag that comes along with it) and they are still totally fine. verdict: awesome. also, the colour i still love as much as on the first day i got them. essential home office item if you ask me. well done Jabra.

Great headset, never loses connection and the battery lasts long.

It's better to purchase wired one instead of Bluetooth capable one. Average sounding product. Don't waste money on such product, lesson learnt
