I'm impressed!
I don't usually write reviews on Amazon, but these impressed me! I bought large size, and there were only 13 per pound, so they are huge! Maybe I happened to have bought them in the right season, so they grew extra large! :)I see a lot of people ask how to prepare and eat these. I'm sure you can find the answer by googling. But I'll tell you what I did. I rinsed the dried sea cucumbers with tap water first, and then used filtered water (cold) to soak them for about a week in the fridge. Changed water twice a day. I probably shouldn't have soaked them for that long, because most of them are already soft when I finally took them out. For those not soft enough yet, I boiled filtered water first, and turned off the heat, and then put the sea cucumbers in the hot water and left them there until water is cool. Then all the sea cucumbers are ready! I cleaned them, cut them into small pieces, aliquoted them, and stored them in freezer. I think the recommended dose is about 50 g per day to enhance your immune system or whatever. Every day I just take a few pieces, about 1/5 or 1/4 of the whole sea cucumber (since what I received is really large, and the size and weight increase after soaking in water). Maybe I'll observe whether I'm becoming healthier, and update this review.Others commented there were a lot of sands. I didn't have that problem. Maybe because I soaked them in water for too long...But you do need to get rid of its mouth and teeth at one end. Maybe those are the "sands" people are talking about?I'll attach a few pictures of how the sea cucumbers look like after soaking in water, and the soup I made with them. :)

be careful of sands inside
The cucumber tastes good, but the only issue is that there are too much sands inside some sea cucumbers. It seems some other customer also noticed that in the medium size cucumbers. Those sands will make cucumbers heavier in weight. Other than that, they are good product.
