I’m a firm believer that this has helped reduce my migraine frequency and pain and also has helped me to sleep much deeper at night! I’ve dealt with hormonal migraines the last 4 or so years and finally gave this magnesium a try. It took time to take effect but I really do think I experience less migraines and the ones I do get are way less intense. I got out of habit of taking my magnesium around the holidays last year and mentioned in passing to my mom in January that I hadn’t been sleeping very well or deeply for a while.
