Very rough on the inside
This PVC pipe is smooth on the outside but the inside looks like it was molded around marbles if this was used for water flow, it would be drastically restricter by turbulence

It's a piece of pipe. It's solid.
It's a piece of pipe, so there's not much to go on here other than how well it is made. It's solid, it's straight, and the dimensions are true. I bought it to make a homemade pipe tobacco press. I had no trouble cutting it down to length with a hacksaw.
