Balaclava Face Mask Adjustable Windproof UV Protection Hood

I bought this primarily for UV protection. Fits well, breathable, eyeglasses/ goggles friendly, versatile. I would highly recommend.

I tried a couple different face masks/baclavas on Amazon for sun protection. This is by far the best one. Nice and cool and easy to breathe. Not too tight. Only slight downfall is that it reveals slightly more of my temples than I'd prefer, but that is fixable with sunglasses. Also, it's adorable when it's on.

Comfortable hood. Quality feels good. It does bunch up a bit at the corners near the eyes where the flaps overlap. I hoped the bottom flap wouldn’t be completely straight across at the nose because it’s a little difficult to keep on the bridge of the nose. Definitely lightweight but helps reduce wind flow. Nice style if you wanna be incognito while keeping warm.

Either I have a big head or this runs a little small, either way it’s great!

I used this as a hood for a Buzz Lightyear costume. The color is perfect, the material is very breathability, and it was cheaper than making it from scratch. I only had to cut out the front mask part to turn it into a space hood.

Exceptional. I have bought others for a cheaper price, but they slide around and into my eyes. This one fits good and tight. Well worth the money.

So went through a few different balaclavas and decided on this one. I’m very happy I did. The fit is amazing. Material is breathable yet warm. It’s very durable and made very well. I like the fact you can convert it to a bunch of different things. I’d say it’s a coyote brown. Would recommend to anyone looking for a solid balaclava for daily use or weekend warrior stuff. Would buy again in a heart beat.

I bought this for summer days on the water fishing, mainly as extra sun protection that I thought might be better than those sleeves that have 62 different configurations. It looked like a nearly open weave, and loosely fitting in the pictures, but that's not really the case. The material is pretty thick with the outside showing said open weave, but the inside is almost like a very thin fleece. Not fleece-thick, but not as light as I'd expected, so I suspect it won't be as breathable as I'd wanted - even a little warm in the hot sun? Hmmm...maybe if I keep it wet. It's also WAY too tight, even for my medium-sized head. Fits great for winter I guess, but for summer I want something way looser - I need airflow in the hot sun. Well built otherwise with decent design and stitching. Recommended only if you like what you've read here. Me? I'm still looking for the right item.
