Normally I wear a small. This is a fitted shirt, so it is supposed to be more on the snug side. If you don't like snug shirts, then I would buy 2 sizes larger than your normally do. Definitely order a size up than what you normally wear, for the snug fit. I wash these shirts in cold water and let them air dry to ensure they stay their original size. I have a longer torso and this shirt is long enough for me. I also have fairly broad shoulders for a woman, and the shirt still fits really nicely. The shirt is soft and a nice quality, especially for the cost. I am 5'5 and 120 lbs. The medium is 16 inches across the chest 1 inch below the armpits and 25 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom.***Edited to add: After wearing and washing this shirt several times, it is still a great shirt! I would say it's more fitted than the others. I am between a small and medium and got a medium and fits just right. 5'4 and 116 for size reference help. It's also longer too, which I like, because my torso is slightly longer.I ordered a 2nd one, in purple, same size, and it was a lot bigger than the other. It's too loose and baggy.
