Thin, CD included. Nice activities to use in class.

I am happy that the Amazon team helped me each step of the way with this order. (It had first gotten lost and so they sent my order again with free and faster shipping!!). So once I got it, I was super happy. I thought it would be a thicker book but it had a CD included so I was really happy about that.
