Are these shipped with an ice pack

No they were not packed with ice, but arrived solid and fresh. I will add that these bars taste far better than any other Snickers I've had in years. It appears by packaging that they may be from Hungary.

I was surprised that the snickers wrappers were written in german. are the ingredients the same as those produced in america?
