When I travel, be it by air ,land or sea, I have the sensation of the motion of the journey for several days after travelling. It can be disconcerting. If I use these tablets I do not get this. Also I am a nervous flyer and these, coupled with something like Rescue Remedy really help. These I have bought and sent to my daughter, who lives in the USA and will be flying back with her 3 children soon on a visit. She wanted something to calm them and help with motion sickness. Time will tell if they do the job for them but I would not be without when I travel. Review: Safe, effective alternative. - I bought these in Heathrow during a layover, and they definitely work for me. They've been effective on boats, car/bus rides on windy roads, planes... Because they are homeopathic, they work best when used as directed - 1-2hrs before travel, and during the trip, if needed. Unlike Dramamine, they won't work if you are already feeling the effects of motion sickness. I'm thrilled to have effective, non-pharmaceutical support for motion sickness. I was worried about running out, and not being able to find them in the States. I have only mild motion sickness, so I can't speak for those who suffer from it terribly, but I find it just right for my needs--flights, train rides, even hilly car rides. And it tastes like vanilla! I think it a fine alternative for anyone made sicker by the awful orange flavor and side-effect headaches of Dramamine tablets.
