    Great intro...better than the Pro book

This book is not watered down...it contains plenty of code and a good overview of how to effectively use ASP.NET MVC. There were some topics I was having trouble with, and now they make much more sense after reading this book. It stuck a little bit too much to Ninject, and it would have been nice to see a little more overview of the alternatives, but it definitely filled in some of the gaps from other books. I would not recommend it as your only source, but this, coupled with another one or two more advanced books have really filled in the MVC puzzle for me.My main gripe is that this book didn't come out BEFORE the pro book! I think I would have understood it much better if I had read this book first. But, I understand that early adopters tend to be more 'pros' than 'beginners', which is why the pro books, in general, seem to come out first.
