Procare Premium Panel Elastic Binder - 12" 4-Panel - Universal -45" - 62", Medium/Large

I love this belly binder! This isnt my first belly binder, but it is the best one I have had! I purchased this to wear after my abdominal surgery. It made a HUGE difference in minimizing my discomfort while recovering! The material is soft and comfortable yet offers wonderful steady compression. I love that it is wider than most belly binders I have seen or used. It covered from above my naval to my hips! It provided support both to my abdomen and my back. The velcro closure runs the width of brace and will stick to itself all around the entire brace. This is a nice feature to accommodate for swelling as well as still fitting as my "swelly- belly" improved and went down. It fit just fine under my clothes also. Now I wasnt wearing snug fitting clothes, but I wore it under shorts, sun dresses, and over yoga pants with a longer T-shirt to cover the brace and it was hidden just fine. I caught a respiratory virus about 2 weeks after my surgery. Anyone who has had a cough following surgery knows how excruciating coughing can be! This binder made coughing much more comfortable and therefore productive. I have no doubt that had I not had my belly binder, my chest cold would have turned to pneumonia had I not been able to cough effectively due to pain. I highly recommend this belly binder for anybody having a c-section, hysterectomy, hernia surgery or any other procedure that involes cutting throught the abdomen muscles. I also would recommend this binder for back support. It is more comfortable, convenient, effective and considerably less expensive than the binders hospitals have dispensed to me after my 3 abdominal surgeries and one back surgery.

This was great!! The one the hospital gave me after my surgery had only 3 panels and it wasn't enough for my torso. This 4 panel one helped me so much.. It was secure and helped me walk and sleep comfortably.

Good quality binder, comfortable, and offers support needed for csection. I am a little on the heavy side and ordered the large. I ordered two to wear both simultaneously—one on bottom hip area and the other for top part of abdomen. The binder’s velcro makes it adjustible and can be tightened or loosened. Will last two weeks and then will need to reorder. In my view it’s worth it if it puts everything back in its place and supports you in all needed areas in a comfortable way. I ordered another binder for post birth, and it was super uncomfortable and the wires hurt. The wires and tightness of it made it unbearable. This binder was great for surgery. Delivery was fast and seller trustworthy. Item shipped was new and there were no signs of it being used. This is important.

This is actualy MUCH longer than it appears on the model in the photo. I am 5'8" with a long torso and it extended well into my hipbone area. I got this for my recovery from my c-section and it was perfect immediately following delivery and for the first week or two before I needed to size down. It's padded which made me feel more comfortable with my incision as well. It will show under tight clothing and really isn't for beauty purposes, it's practical for post delivery when you are wearing looser clothing and then once you are ready, get the cosmetic abdominal binders.

So I just had a tummy tuck and was looking for a four panel abdominal binder that I enjoy wearing. I bought this one in hopes that I would like it and was able to wear it out, however the front panel of this binder is very thick and it holds in a lot of heat. Due to this, I am only able to wear it to bed when I have to compress. It’s a nice binder and I like the material of the rest of it, however I’m not able to wear it out because I will literally overheat, that, and the panel on the front adds an extra layer of bulkiness that I don’t like, it makes me look pudgier, and that is what I just had surgery to correct.

This binder reduced my pain by nearly 25% after surgery while still in the hospital. It made moving, sitting up, walking, and getting dressed much more comfortable. I didn’t even notice the potholes and bumps in the road on the way home. Now that I’m home, it protects me from my Yorkies jumping on my stomach. I can sleep on my stomach at night like I’m used to. It’s a lifesaver!

I just had a microdisectomy and woke up with a brace on. It drove me nuts. I’m 5’11 with a long torso and the one I was given was a three panel. When I would walk it would shift and either go higher or lower on my stomach. Turns out the 4 panel is SO much better. It’s the same brand as the one I got in the hospital, just one panel higher. Absolutely worth it. Super durable. I bought this to switch out with my original one when I’d wash it but now I think I’m going to order a second one of these instead. I’m 5’11, 270, carry most of my weight in my stomach and a size 20 in jeans/TC in leggings for reference. The 45-62 fits me great!

Very bad quality after the second week it loses its shape and is very uncomfortable to wear.
