Helps absorb/control oil which in turn helps prevent/control acne as well. The 4 hour claim of staying oil free really depends on the individual. It could be 4 hours, it could be 1. For me, it's the latter.Also each 50-sheet packet has a small adhesive square that helps separate 1 sheet at a time for convenience.
