MOstly Clay which is good
I was looking for a mostly clay masque so I would not have to mix my own when I travel. This one works well. Clay is so good at getting bug bites out as well as cleaning your pores.

Perfect for exéma and itches
I am French so in Europe everybody has green clay. I sometimes have rashes on my skin and I calm it with the green clay. Great as a face mask too.

Helps with oily skin, blemishes
I bought this mask treatment for my teenager who has somewhat oily skin and battles pimples on a fairly regular basis. She kept it on for 15 mins and then washed it off with warm water. Over the next 3 days, her skin seemed more even and the pimples less noticeable. After playing sports all weekend, her skin has started to break out once again so she plans to apply this mask again this week and frequently from here on.

Dried quickly but my skin didn't like that
It dried really quicky which surprised me. It did irritate my skin though. Not sure if that's because I have sensitive skin.

What is not to like. natural clay helps you fighting inflammation of you foot. in 2 days the inflammation stopped. All just with natural ingredients/ minerals. A must have at home
