We misplaced our original remote for IPTV Box and couldn't set it up for universal remote either. Ordered this one and it was functioning right out of the box. no special configurations or sync needed to make it working. Form factor is almost similar to the original one. Good value for money.

Poor quality, some buttons did not have printing on them. It did work though.

Cheaply built remote control what do you expect for 10 bucks,it doesn’t last more than six months starts falling part button start coming out of it.

Better than original remote

I had one and broke. Thankfully I found this one remote control here in amazon. It is exactly the same original remote from informir, like the one it has the box when you buy it brand new. All the functions and operations like original, I don t see any difference from the original remote. Great deal for the price! Works perfect. I recommend to buy this original instead of universal 4-5 devices remotes. Cause this has all function keys, while in universal remotes you gonna loose some functions.

Replacement for my old one works good so far.

This one works. Ordered one from another supplier and it was DOA. Buttons have a nice positive click when activated - better than the original remote that came with our MAG522 box. No programming required.
