Self-Care as a Journal!
This is the first daily journal that I’ve ever bought and I’m so glad I did. Once quarantine started, I’m sure it’s become hard for many, like myself, to find the motivation to get things done, even if it’s just getting yourself out of bed. I firmly believe that taking the first step to anything is always the toughest, so spending 5-10 minutes to do a prompt in the morning has become the best way for me to start my day and be more productive for the rest of it. This journal also paves a path for you to become more grateful, even for the littlest of things. But don’t let that fool you, it isn’t like all the others where you list 3 things you’re grateful for every. single. day. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but it just gets boring. I think anyone who has this journal would agree with me when I say that it explores a whole variety of topics, many that will push you to think outside the box and learn more about yourself. It’s now a part of my self-care routine and it’s the first thing I do every morning. The older I get, the more thrilled I am to start healthy habits like this one. Not to mention the aesthetic!! Its the most chic and minimal journal out there that’ll look cute on any coffee table or desk!

First journal I’ve actually stuck with!
I rarely write reviews, but this journal is incredible and deserves some praise! I have been wanting to get into journaling for awhile. I probably have at least 5-10 other journals that I’ve bought over the last couple of years and none of them ever kept my interest or helped me create a habit. Since getting this journal around a month ago, I’ve been consistent. I do miss days here and there, but I always come right back to it. I’ve added it to my bedtime routine which involves journaling, practicing gratitude, and lastly a short meditation/breath work. The prompts are simple, yet make me stop and think. They challenge me and bring out thoughts/feelings I didn’t even know I had at times. With prior journals, I often felt like I was just repeating the same thing over and over again but that’s not the case here at all. If you are on the fence like I was, thinking this is just another journal to sit on a shelf—take the leap!!

It’s in the name!
This book challenges you in the best way. It really allows you to think and write out your thoughts. I wish it had lines just because I like to keep my writing straight but that’s also the beauty of it. Allows your mind to wander and get your thoughts out. This was beautifully written. If you are willing to dedicate your time each day and stick to this, it helps remind you and create a habit of thoughtful, positive, and productive thinking.

An Important Tool To Have In Your Own Self Journey
This pandemic has been really rough on my mental health this year. I have come face to face with so many aspects of myself that were easy to ignore by keeping myself busy pre-COVID, and now I'm finally taking the time to get to know and love me a little more. The prompts are simple, but I love the chance I get every day to sit down, make space for myself, and answer questions/prompts about me. I'm getting to highlight myself in this book every day. If you are a person who is often putting everyone else before yourself, this is for you. I've shed tears writing in this, I've smiled endlessly writing in this, I've got to reflect on moments of my life I've forgotten about, I've gotten to look at relationships closely and more intimately in my life that has made me appreciate them that much more. This is a great journal to have. I highly recommend it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish it was in the format of a notebook where you could fold back each page easier to write on. The actual "book" format makes it difficult to write on one side at times.

Positive Soul brand is thee best!
Earlier this month I discovered Jacqueline's "Positive Soul" podcast, and it opened my mind up to challenge myself through positivity and determination that I can become my greatest self. I started following her on Instagram and seen she also has a few journals. I immediately ordered 2 out of the 3 (Soul Therapy and You are that Girl), and couldn't wait to start them. I didn't think anything could get better than her podcast, but these journals dug deeper and really allowed myself to fully open up, look at life with more positivity, and truly gain confidence and love within myself. Each template expands your mind, guides you to be truly honest with yourself, and allows you to reflect on life to become a healed, confident, self loving individual. I am a mom who is running back and forth everyday between 2 jobs while also being a full time student, so I honestly lose myself from time to time and became frustrated or mentally exhausted. On top of my already busy days, I make sure to listen to an episode of a podcast and write in my journals, and it really has helped me stay on the positive and confident side of life. I truly recommend Jacqueline's podcast and journals, especially for those who were starting to lose themselves in this chaotic world, just as I was.

I bought this journal for myself after getting out of a really unhealthy relationship. I have been using it for three months and have noticed a difference in my mental health, self-love, and positive self-talk. I would strongly recommend this book to anyone going through a major life change like a breakup or if you just are looking to improve on your self-love. I have recommended this book to both my parents, my sister, and numerous friends because I have found it to be so helpful in boosting my self-esteem, goal setting, confidence, and gratitude. It only takes 10-15 minutes to write an entry, so I think it is easy to implement into your routine and it really has made such a positive impact in my life and has helped me work through my breakup. I was hesitant to start journaling because it is hard to work through your feelings, but this journal provides the perfect amount of space to write without feeling overwhelmed. Thank you so much for writing such a comprehensive and thoughtful journal!

I love the Journal. Gives you Insides and Impulses to think about different aspects of yourself, which you probably wouldn’t do without these impulses. I don’t do it every day and some days I do more pages together… and least it is your choice when you do it. Therefore it’s good that you can fill in your date optional and individual. Very recommended :-)

This book has great questions that really help you delve deeper into your experiences and emotions. The simplicity of the layout of the book really makes you feel at ease when answering the questions and allows you to express yourself whether it’s one word answers, paragraphs or drawings. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been writing in the Soul Therapy Journal for over a year (cuz I’m not good at consistency) and I believe it helps me to go deeper into my inner self. I have always had worth issues and have been working hard to get to the root of them. Soul Therapy has helped me navigate through my healing journey. Sometimes I can answer the prompts very easily and sometimes I have to really dig deep to come up with something to write. When that happens I know there is work to be done. I highly recommend this book to anyone that is on a journey or self discovery and looking for ways to dig a little deeper into your soul. It definitely has enlightened me along the way.
