Really good!
Really nice blackcurrant taste, reminds me of something from childhood. Subtle, not overly sweet. Tin larger than expected, sweets decent sized too.

Nice hard candy that's not too sweet
I really like the barley Simpkins travel sweets because they aren't too sweet like some of the fruit flavors. I decided to try this black currant and was pleasantly surprised, so now I have two flavors to enjoy.

Worth the money!
Simple ingredients to very picky EU food standards, true flavours, soooooo good. I don't care they're a bit pricey, They're truly a treat and the tine are pretty and in a handy size when the contents are gone.

They are very good. A little too sweet for me but has enough tang to be pleasurable.

Blackcurrant>>>
Blackcurrant is such an underrated flavor, please give it a try. Theyre so good. My tin came a tad dented, and they have a fine coat to keep them from sticking, but theyre the perfect size to shove in your bag. The only other blackccurant flavored stuff i can find are gummies and those hurt my teeth

Not bad for a hard candy
Not bad for a hard candy. It has a semisweet taste, but please don't expect to taste the wonderful essence of Blackcurrant. I've bought loads of blackcurrant candy from Ireland and England as well as drink the lovely blackcurrant juices and honestly this candy doesn't taste like blackcurrant but simply a really good regular berry flavor. I mean it's not a bad candy at all, just don't expect the typical blackcurrant flavor to burst in your mouth.
