I read previously that yellow sriracha is sweeter and more citrusy than it’s red counterpart.. this was not the case at all. The flavour is a sour heat, much hotter than the red sauce with very little depth, 99% heat and not much else. I’ll use it when I need to add some heat to a dish but that’s all, total rip off.

Good but not the best

leider war die lieferung etwas teuer

Schmeckt sehr gut aber im vergleich zu den anderen Soßen (die Knoblauch Siracha ist meine standard Soße) viel zu mild ... man merkt fast keine Schärfe :( Schade
