Trying to convert a UART signal from a USB device straight into an RS232 device, tried used the RX and TX pins on the board and also the USB to pass through data doesn't get sent. Not sure why I need software and driver for this as I'm not trying to connect to a computer I just want to convert USB data into RS232.
