**Q: can no longer turn the grinder - suggestions?**
A: Gosh, don't know the answer. I can't grind mine because out of Peppercorns. I order my Peppercorns from Penzy's 😍 & just behind. Have you contacted Atlas about the problem.  Did you open it to check for a Peppercorn interfering with cogs?

A: Our Pepper Mill is 8 inches. The slat mill was ordered in error and returned. We love the Pepper Mill, have gifted 3 times. Salt Mills are superfluous, serve no purpose.

**Q: can't get the salt to come out, are there adjustments? Do i remove the two screws on the bottom?**
A: Yes, tighten or loosen the screw at the bottom to adjust the coarseness of the ground salt.  I believe that if it's too tight, you won't get any salt.  This is an awesome and highly durable salt/pepper mill, so it should work and last a lifetime.
