This is very good quality whey protien isolate powder. Just started using it but immediately noticed that it does not cause gut issues that the previous product I used for years did (ON 100% whey). Easy to mix and digest even in plain water. Tastes great (vanilla flavour) but a little on the sweet side due to the stevia, but not an issue. Just throw a cup of freshly brewed coffee into the mixer with the creatine and it's a great way to start the day. Highly recommended.
