I have done a dozen or more laptop/iPhone/iPad replacements. Not my favorite thing to do, but when I do I follow a video carefully and have had success. On this iPhone xsmax I did it all as normal, it looked good, and then right before I was ready to stick it down I did one more check and it failed. I detached and reattached it all 2 more times and nothing. Statistically speaking, I guess it was likely I was due a dud product at some point. So I put my SIM into my old 6s phone, and filed an exchange form with Amazon. I worried that I would be without my phone for a while. But two days later (and I live in rural VT) my replacement screen showed up, I installed it, and I’m good to go again.

i normally dont write reviews but this is my 3rd time buying from this specific supplier and each one has came with a different defect first time screen on its own taps everywhere and has dead pixels in the direct center of the screen, 2nd one came taps its aswell and flickers, the last and final time the connectors just arent lined up correctly to where they wanna connect and when they do connect they dont snap in like a normal iphone connector i am highly disappointed by this brand as i dont care to resend ur items cause how inconvenient it is to do so besides this last time im forced to send back there items as it doesnt connect right and one you force it and try it the phone screen has no power at all. this last time makes me want a refund on every screen i ever purchased from there supplier as the lack of quality and convience

I had purchased a screen prior to this one and after installation, which went without a hitch, The screen begin to separate at the bezel. I replaced these screens before and theyre rather straightforward and simple. I included a picture with arrows to describe where it was separating from. This was of course a manufacturer's defect and not through any fault of my own, And I expected Ace tech to immediately tell me the warranty was void considering I had already installed it. And much to my surprise, they sent me a new one immediately and told me to just send back the old one whenever I could. And that, is why I gave four stars instead of two. Everything went perfectly fine, maybe just a little better on the quality control would be my only advice. However,despite all this, I will definitely do business again.

Screen fits kinda funny. It feels thicker than the original. I can’t get it flush. The quality is decent. It’s a good temporary fix. You get what you pay for, it definitely feels cheap. I had to find a previous set of tools because removing the original 15 pro max screen is impossible with what you are given.

Repaired my SX Max so I cold use as a trade in toward the cost of my new phone Working on phones is not an easy task. If you’re going to do it be very patient and whatever you do don’t drop a little screws they’re almost impossible to find. Also, I would advise getting a rubber mat so your phone does not slide around as you’re trying to work on it. Also, you’re going to need good light and possibly if you’re older like P some type of magnifying glass or workstation Just be prepared and take your time Overall, it’s a great product

Display becomes black sometimes, not good experience

Receiveed a big box but when I opened it, these was only the camera. The tools were not included. I can't help but feel cheated
