No, it is complete. The younger grades have 2 pages of text followed by 2 pages of questions for each topic. It is a fairly comprehensive overview of Science, though fairly concise. I have enjoyed the younger grades (2-3), and I will probably try the upper elementary range. It looks like it covers similar material in each grade but with more content as it progresses.

Does this workbook teach or mention evolution?

No, it doesn’t have any mention of evolution. It does have one paragraph about Charles Darwin”s theory of adaptations that help organisms survive and that these traits are passed down to their babies. But nothing to raise questions about how we got here.

Best science books for science

They shipped the wrong Item!!

I had placed an order for a grade 4 and grade 5 book. What I received was two grade 4 books!! Amazon needs to be more careful. Now taking up all the pain to return it from Hong Kong! The grade 4 book is very well written and organised. The drills at the end of each chapter is very helpful. Lots of information but it is not overwhelming. Would highly recommend.

Make sure your child knows the basics
