It is so small that it wouldn't fit a normal adult. **Q: I wear a size 5 women - will it fit? Thank you.** A: It might fit but honestly I did not find it to do what I wanted it to do. This one is a little more bulky than a compression sleeve, but it’s worth it. Support is good. The wrap straps pull from each side to stabilize the ankle. The heel cup fits right. The seam under the foot is flat. Edges are not bound, so there are no lumps to dig into the foot. The thin sleeve material helps slide the wrap into place and secure it. Easy to put on and secure the straps.
